If a replacement key is needed, please contact one of the board members or one of the pool committee members.

Water Safety: | For the safety of all residents, if an accident involving bodily fluids occurs in the pool, get all swimmers out of the water and contact a member of the committee immediately.
**Swim diapers are required for all non-potty trained children** |

Important: | There is NO LIFEGUARD on duty! Swim at own risk. Please keep this in mind when using the pool. Each homeowner is responsible for their family’s safety and behavior. | ||
Pool Parties: | All parties must be registered in advance with the HOA – only 1 party is allowed at a time. The homeowner hosting the party is responsible for all guests’ behavior. The homeowner must clean up afterward and take all trash with them. The pool cannot be closed for private parties. | ||
Pool Access: |
THE GATE MUST BE CLOSED AT ALL TIMES. You must have a key to enter the pool area. If you need a key please contact the HOA or Pool Chairperson. Replacement keys cost $5.00. **Jumping over the gate or fence is not allowed** |

Pool Rules
- An adult (18 years old or older) must accompany children under 14 years of age.
- All guests must be accompanied by a Woodington resident.
- No animals are allowed in the fenced pool area at any time.
- No diving
- No running on the pool deck.
- No Pool equipment and/or furniture should be used as play items.
- No bicycles, skateboards or riding toys of any kind will be allowed inside the pool fence.
- Please shower before swimming.
- Swim diapers are required. No disposable diapers – they cause damage to the pool filter and could result in additional cost to homeowners.
- No glass of any kind is allowed in the fenced pool area.
- No smoking.
- No underage drinking will be tolerated.
- Food and drinks are allowed. Please clean up any remaining food, drink or trash.
- Restrooms are for the residents using the pool. – PLEASE KEEP THEM NEAT & CLEAN.
ABSOLUTELY NO INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR WILL BE TOLERATED!
ALL residents have the right and the authority to ask anyone misbehaving, damaging or defacing the pool area and/or facilities to leave the pool area. Repeat offenders will be fined.
